Enchanted Folk (or as it's supposed to be known in the US as Magician's Quest: Mysterious Times, though I prefer the EU name as it's prettier and shorter,) is possibly my new favorite DS game of all times.

It's an Animal-Crossing-Meets-Hogwarts that is quite pretty and really too much fun. Instead of having to pay a debt, a pumpkin-headed man gave me money! I've also been hit on by a robot, dropped metal basins on peoples heads so they forgot what they were doing, and my friend caught a fish made out of tin cans. I have to state this because it sounds more amazing than what I've caught, and I'm dying to find one myself.

So this is it, New York. Tomorrow I go downstate to see family, Tuesday I finish packing and reminisce, and Wednesday I'm gone. My stuff goes in a truck, my animals go in the car, and across the lake I flee for good! ...Until a week later when I come back to see the new Harry Potter movie with Sam. Silly traditions ruining my dramatic exit.

BUT THEN I'M GONE!

I'm really not coherent enough to write a proper blog right now. I want to, I really do, but I'm just beat. The diurnal life is killing me. So, you've been warned, and I've spread the Enchanted Folk (MQ:MT) love. You'll have to wait until next time for some better introspective rambles or nonsensical whimsy, or whatever keeps you coming back here.

Today one of my teachers at Awesome Magic School taught me that flatulence magic is useful, because breaking wind on a ghost can push them away. I never realized how much I needed this until now. My life is complete.
